This is an essential class for those seeking an unmedicated, no/low-intervention birth.
Let us help you prepare for the birth of your child with confidence and excitement.
3.5-hour, In-Person Class
Classes are appropriate for all, regardless of your intended place to give birth --- at home or at the hospital.

Enrollment covers two people (the pregnant person and a designated support person), and includes a complimentary recording of our popular birth preparation class: Anatomy & Physiology, Holistic & Clinical Stages of Labor (sent in pre-class email)
This educational, hands-on class covers everything you need to prepare for a natural, physiological, unmedicated labor and birth: Tools, Positions, Spinning Babies techniques, Affirmations, Dancing, and More!
Our comfort measures for birth class is appropriate regardless of where you intend to give birth (home or hospital), Please note, that pharmaceutical pain relief options are not covered in this class (a recording of that class can be purchased separately- see below).

Your purchase includes everything you need to begin teaching your own classes. Teach in-person or Virtual. Teach to groups or 1-1. As you wish. The topics covered are listed in the outline below and the classes will range from one hour to 2.5 hrs each (depending on the class) for well over 18-20 hours of overall content! Regardless of your intention to use ONE class or all of them, you will have additional access to me for guidance (as your educator and mentor). You can consider me your new “birth bestie!” You can reach me via email or text. I am happy to hear from you with questions or updates.
